Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.
The appellant apprehends arrest in C.R.No. 80 of 2025 registered with Hupari Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 119(1), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNS") and under Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

It is contention of learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for respondent No.2 that matter is settled out of the Court. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 has no 1/2
S.S.Kilaje 32-APEAL-513-2025 (CR).doc objection to allow the bail application. Learned APP submits that CSummary report has been filed against the appellant. 4.
Considering the submissions of all learned counsel as CSummary report is filed against the appellant and as per the say of learned counsel for respondent No.2 matter is settled out of the Court, I pass following order.
ORDER
i.
In the event of his arrest in connection with investigation of C.R.No. 80 of 2025 registered with Hupari Police Station, the appellant shall be released on bail on executing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/-with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
ii.
The appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
iii.
The appellant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

The appeal is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
