Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned APP.

This Court has granted interim relief to the coaccused on 5th May 2025. 3.

The learned APP strongly objected to allow the Application.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Appellant, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest, the Appellant be released on bail in connection with investigation of C.R.No.265 of 2025 registered with Yavat Police Station, Pune Rural, on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The Appellant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.

(iii) The Appellant shall not contact/influence or threaten or pressurize the Complainant or otherwise tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (iv) Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 9th June 2025.
