Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned APP for the State.

It appears from F.I.R. that the first incident happened on 11th February 2025, thereafter 2nd incident happened on 12th February, 2025 and 3rd incident happened on 13th February, 2025, but complaint was given on 17th March, 2025 and F.I.R. was lodged on 18th March, 2025, there is delay of more than one month lodging the F.I.R.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.

ORDER
i. In the event of arrest, the Appellants be released on bail in Crime No.265 of 2025 registered with Yavat Police Station, Pune Rural, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
ii. The Appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
iii. The Appellant shall not contact/influence or threaten or pressurize the complainant or otherwise tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 9th June, 2025.
6.
All the concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
