Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the main allegations are against accused No.1 Rajesh Salunke. He has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. The allegations against the appellants are that they were witness to the confirmation deed registered between the first informant's father and Nashik Municipal Corporation. There are no allegations against them under the provisions of Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (for short "SC & ST Act) as they belongs to scheduled caste.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions as this Court has granted interim relief to accused No.1, hence I pass following order:

ORDER

i.

In the event of arrest of appellants in connection of C.R.No. 316 of 2024 registered with Sarkarwada Police Station, shall be released on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

ii. The appellants attend the concerned police station as and when required.
