Heard learned Advocate for the Appellant-convicted accused. The judgment dated 10th April 2025 by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Vaduj is under challenge. It is as follows: (i) There is acquittal for the offence under Sections 504, 506 of IPC.

(ii) There is a conviction for the offence under Section 354 of IPC and under Section 8 of POCSO Act and under Section 323 of IPC. The sentence is as follows:- (i) Three years RI and fine of Rs.1000/- which is already paid.

On the date of conviction the sentence was suspended by the trial Court. The order is on page-73. The Complainant needs to be heard.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2 in Application as well as Appeal, returnable on 8th July 2025.
