Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the allegations in FIR are the same against the appellant and co-accused Mr. Siddhanath Chavan. Mr. Siddhanath Chavan has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Special Court.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.

The allegations against the appellant and co-accused Siddhanath Chavan and other co-accused are that they abused the first informant on caste and assaulted him. The allegations against the appellant and 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 5-Apeal-656-25.doc Siddhanath are same. The co-accused Siddhanath Chavan has been released on anticipatory bail by the learned Special Court, considering these facts, I pass following order:

ORDER

i.

In the event of arrest of appellant in connection with C.R.No. 281 of 2025 registered with Jath Police Station shall be released on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

ii.

The appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
