Learned counsel for the Appellant submitted that the Appeal is filed inadvertently in this Court. The correct forum would be the Sessions Court u/s 372 of Cr.P.C. (413 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023). He seeks permission to withdraw this Appeal and prefer an Appeal before the Sessions Court.
