Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

The allegations against the Appellant are that he sexually assaulted the first informant on various occasions under the promise of marriage. Thereafter he refused to marry with her. It appears that the relation between the Appellant and first informant were consensual and the incident of abuse on caste did not occur in public view.

Considering these facts, I pass following order :

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest, the Appellant be enlarged on bail in Crime No.231 of 2025 registered with Warje Malwadi Police Station, Pune, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

iii. The Appellant shall not attempt to influence or contact the witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 21st July, 2025.
