Learned APP submits that the respondent No.2/complainant left the premises where she was residing at the time of lodging the first Information report and nobody knows her new residential address. It is submitted that she has even changed her mobile number.

In such view of the matter, Advocate Ms. Kanchan Pawar from the Legal Aid Panel is appointed to represent the respondent No.2/complainant.

The learned counsel for the appellant shall supply copy of appeal to the appointed Advocate.
