Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 seeks time to file reply. 3.

It appears from the record that appellant No.2 had filed FIR against the first informant in the present case and thereafter first informant has lodged complaint against the appellants.

Considering this fact, as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 seeks time to file reply, I pass following order:

ORDER

i.

In the event of arrest of appellants in connection of C.R.No. 206 of 2025 registered with Chandwad Police 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 62-APEAL-702-2025 (CR).doc Station, shall be released on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

ii.

The appellants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

Learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions, submits that appellants will not enter in the disputed part of the agricultural field till the disposal of this appeal. His statement is accepted. 6.

Stand over to 19th August, 2025.
