Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

It appears that the Appellant - Ganesh @ Aakash Shalu Bhojane had lodged the F.I.R. against the brother-in-law of the first informant on 12th May, 2025, and thereafter, on 16th May 2025, the F.I.R. was lodged by the first informant against the Appellants Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

31-APEAL-717-2025.doc alleging that they outraged her modesty. Considering the fact, the Appellant - Ganesh had lodged F.I.R. against the family members of the first informant earlier to this F.I.R. This Court inquired with the learned APP about the statement of witnesses. He seeks time to take instructions.

Considering these facts, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest, the Appellants be enlarged on bail in Crime No.358 of 2025 registered with Vitthalwadi Police Station, District: Thane, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Appellants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

iii. The Appellants shall not attempt to influence or contact the witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 14th August, 2025.
