DATED : 17th SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Learned Counsel for the Appellant has challenged the Order dated 21st April, 2025. His Application for pleading guilty to all the charges was rejected by the Trial Court vide the Order dated 21st April, 2025 passed in Special Case No.7 of 2013 pending before the Special Court under MCOCA, Greater Mumbai.

2) Learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that he does not want to continue with this Appeal challenging that Order. He does not want to plead guilty. In fact, the trial has progressed, and 20 witnesses are already examined. He submitted that, therefore, nothing survives in this Appeal and he be permitted to withdraw this Appeal. 3) Considering this submission, the Criminal Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of.
