Mr. Yug Mohit Chaudhary appearing for the appellant at the outset seeks amendment in the petition as the house to which the transfer is sought by the appellant is described as his own house and instead he want to substitute it by stating that the house belongs to his partner.
We permit the amendment to be carried out to that effect, by following appropriate procedure, before the next date of hearing. 2.
