On hearing Dr. Yug Chaudhry for the Appellant and learned Senior Counsel Mr. Anil Singh for Respondent No.1 - National Investigation Agency, when we indicated that in case, the Appellant is permitted to continue his stay in Delhi, which is his permanent place of abode, we direct the Appeal to be listed on 17/12/2025 as we requested Mr. Singh to specify the conditions subject to which the relief can be granted in favour of the Appellant, so that the apprehensions of NIA can be taken care of. 2) List on 17/12/2025 on supplementary board.
