This Appeal is against the order dated 23rd July 2025 passed by the Special Court rejecting the Anticipatory Bail Applications filed by the Appellants.

20-APEAL-793-2025 WITH 799-25.doc objection to allow the Appeals and to allow the anticipatory bail Applications.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that, having regard to the afore stated fact, so also in view of the allegations against the Appellant their custodial interrogation is not necessary.

Perusal of the record prima facie indicates that, there is substance in the contention of the counsel for the Appellant, there is no case for the custodial interrogation of the Appellants is necessary. Moreover, Informant has recorded no objection for ground of the bail and hence order impugned cannot sustain. The original Application for anticipatory bail is stands allowed in the following terms.
ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest, in connection with Crime No.219 of 2025 registered with Baramati City Police Station, Taluka-Baramati, DistrictPune, the Appellants be released on bail on executing of P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
