Heard learned Advocate Shri.Purwant for the Appellant and learned APP.

The Yavat Police have already filed a charge-sheet in C.R. No.766 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 354, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC") involving one Navnath Sahebrao More as one of the Accused. The said Navnath More who is the Respondent No.2 has lodged the complaint with Yavat Police Station on 23rd April 2025 alleging that the said crime No.766 of 2024 is false offence. When the Police filed the charge-sheet, they have registered this new offence bearing C.R. No.375 of 2025. These are the submissions made by Mr.Purwant.

In the connected Appeal No.852 of 2025 filed by the Appellant Jalindar, this Court on 19th August 2025 has directed the Police not to arrest the said Appellant. The similar protection can be granted to this Appellant also. Let the Police not to arrest him till the next date. 4.

Issue notice to the Respondent No.2 returnable on 25th September 2025. Let notice be served through the local Police. CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.852 OF 2025 5.
