I have heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned APP for the respondent No.1/State.

I have perused the First Information Report. Prima facie, the incident in relation to assault does not appear to be premeditated. As regards the allegations in relation to abuses on caste came to be made for the first time in supplementary statement. 3.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 19th September 2025.
