Heard Learned Counsel for the Appellant, Learned APP and Learned Counsel for the First Informant. All the Counsel argued as to how the provisions of the Scheduled Casts and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 are not applicable and how they are applicable. Mr. Mali has argued the alleged intercourse on one hand was with force and on the other hand by consent. Both the allegations cannot stand together.
