The Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune has rejected the anticipatory bail application filed by these Appellants. It is true that there is also F.I.R. registered against first informant and others. Even in the F.I.R. in which anticipatory bail is sought, several incidents are mentioned. It is also true that there is some dispute on account of payment of license fee. The present Appellant-Abhimanyu is licensee, whereas first informant is licensor. It is true that though the Appellant Abhimanyu has given legal notice thereby making some money demand. I am inclined to grant time to first informant. In the interest of the justice, I am hearing this appeal finally instead of having certain observations while seeking reliefs on interim application. 2/3
