903. Appeal 926 of 2025.doc P. C. :- 1.

When learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 started with arguments, I find that there is a background of the civil dispute. I inquired with the Respondent's Advocate, whether there is a possibility of the settlement. They took some time and thereafter, submitted that their clients are ready to settle the dispute. The son of the Respondent No. 2 is present. He is practicing Advocate.

2.

Learned Advocate Mr. Sawant had telephonic conversation with his client-Appellant No. 1. Both of them have submitted that principally, they have settled the dispute and the execution of the Consent terms will be done and they requested for keeping the matter on Tuesday i.e. 14th October 2025 for filing consent terms. 3.

The investigating agency may also consider these facts and it is expected that they will not arrest the Appellant. 4.

Stand over to 14th October 2025 for filing consent terms. [S. M. MODAK, J.] Seema 2/2
