2 have entered into consent terms. It is signed by all of them and their respective Advocates also put signatures on it. All the Appellants and Respondent No. 2 are present in the Court. It is affirmed before the Assistant Registrar of this Court. All the terms are mentioned in it. It is taken on record and marked as 'Annexure-X'. All the annexures are also taken on record.

The Appellant is ready to remove all the articles from the subject property and will handover the key of the premises on 17.10.2025 before this Court and Respondent No. 2 has agreed to refund the deposit to the tune of Rs. 11,11,000/-. He has also issued the demand draft in the name of the Appellant-Abhimanyu. 3.
There is a request to keep the demand draft in the Registry till Friday. There is consensus that the demand draft has to be returned to the Appellant-Abhimanyu on Friday. One of the term is withdraw the criminal cases filed against each other and even they have agreed to file quashing petition.

In view of that the Appellants need to be protected from the arrest. Hence the following order:- 2/3
ORDER
(i) Let the Respondent No. 2 to deposit demand draft with the Registrar (Judicial-I).
(ii) The matter be kept on 17th October 2025 on the Supplementary board.
(iii) Till the next date, the Appellants i.e. Abhimanyu Singh Shaktawat, Kratika Abhimanyu Shaktawat and Abhilasha Shaktawat are protected from arrest.
