Today all the Appellants are present and the first informantRespondent No. 2 is present. The Parties have already executed Consent terms. It is taken on record on 14.10.2025. The Respondent Digitally signed by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:

No. 2 has issued demand draft in favour of the Appellant-Abhimanyu. It is tendered in the Court on the last date. 2.

Today the Appellants have handed over keys of the entire building to the Respondent No. 2-first informant. It is accepted by the first informant. It is submitted on behalf of the Appellants that they have removed all the articles, furniture from the entire building. 3.

Both of them have submitted that they will abide remaining terms of the consent terms by taking appropriate steps. The Respondent No. 2 is aware about removing article and furniture. Ultimately, both of them have settled the issue of the possession in between them. Both of them have agreed for filing quashing petitions. All the F.I.R.s lodged by both of them against each other. Both of them have agreed to give consent for quashing of the F.I.R. lodged against each other. The demand draft is handed over to the AppellantAbhimanyu Singh Shaktawat. It is also submitted that leave and license agreement is also cancelled mutually by both of them. 4.

In view of that these appeals can be disposed of. Till the time, the present F.I.R. is there, the Appellants need to be protected from the arrest. Hence, the following order is passed:- 2/3

ORDER

(i) Both appeals are disposed of as settled.

(ii) In case of arrest in connection with C. R. No. 160 of 2025 registered with Kharadi Police Station, Pune, for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 115 (1), 115(2), 318 (4), 351 (1), 351 (2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Sections 3 (1)(g), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3 (1)(u), 3(1)(v), 3 (1)(w)(ii), 3(1)(zc) and 3 (2)(va), the Appellant-Abhimanyu Singh Shaktawat in Criminal Appeal No. 926 of 2025 and Appellants-Kratika Abhimanyu Shaktawat and Abhilasha Shaktawat in Criminal Appeal (ST) No. 18072 of 2025 be released on bail on furnishing Personal bond and Surety bond of Rs. 15,000/- each.

(iii) All Appellants to co-operate the Police as and when required.
