There is an apprehension expressed on behalf of the Respondent No.2 that there are several employees employed by the employer whose statements are going to be recorded by the Police, apprehends that the some action be initiated against them. Learned Advocate for the Appellants assures that no action will be taken against them simply because they have given statements to the Police. He submits that the right of the Appellants to take action independently will not be curtailed.
