During the course of the hearing of the application for suspension of sentence. It is brought to the notice of this Court that there was the present appellant though was represented by the legal aid Advocate before the Trial Court, out of 11 witnesses 7 witnesses were not cross examined on his behalf. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this has led to miscarriage of justice.

This Court however informed that the connected appeals i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 897of 2023 of the co-accused are pending before this Court. To pass appropriate order it would be necessary that all appeals are 1/2

Hence Registry is directed to place the present Appeal along with the said Criminal Appeal No. 897 of 2023 on 18.11.2025. 4.
