Learned APP on instructions makes statement that the Anticipatory Bail application filed by respondent No.2 has been rejected by the learned Trial Court as according to him nothing survives in the appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the appeal had practically become infructuous, he wishes to canvass the issue as to whether the ad-interim relief can be granted by the Court without hearing of the informant.
