Learned APP has submitted that the present Appeal has become infructuous in view of the Anticipatory Bail being rejected by the Special Court, learned counsel for the Appellant has raised the issue as to whether any ad-interim relief could be granted by the Court without hearing the informant in a Bail Application. Though the Appeal does not survive, since this issue has been raised and this Court is called upon to render finding thereon, the issue is taken up for hearing. Counsel for the Appellant is heard. 2.
