In the said matter, the judgment dated 27th February, 2026 was uploaded on 27th February, 2026. Inadvertently, few words are left to be inserted in the said judgment. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed.

In the said judgment, the corrections to be made are as under:- (a) In paragraph No.9 of the said judgment, the word "(supra)" is added after the citation i.e. Jeewanlal (1929) Ltd. Vs. Appellate Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act and Ors.;

(b) In paragraph No.13 in the forth line, after the word 'protect ' the word "his " is added.

The rest of the aforesaid judgment remains unaltered. The original judgment shall be corrected and made available to the parties.
