Charge-sheet is filed in the present crime, wherein it is stated that from the statement of the eye witnesses and CCTV footage, the presence of the Appellant is not revealed therefore, there is no sufficient evidence to file charge-sheet against the Appellant. 2.

In view of above, the Appellant is entitled for interim protection.

In the event of arrest, the Appellant - Abhijit Jalindar Chavan (Patil) in connection with Crime No.1252 of 2025 registered with Karad City Police Station, District: Satara, he be released on Shantanu S. Dhudum
