On her written complaint dated 24th May 2025, addressed to the Senior Police Inspector, Kharadi Police Station, Pune, the FIR came to be registered against the Respondent No.1. The FIR is registered under Section 3(1)(s)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ("SC & ST Act") and under Section 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ("BNS"). 3.
