Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP and learned counsel for respondent no. 2. It appears from F.I.R. that though for 4-5 times appellant abused the first informant on caste and assaulted him, no complaint was filed against the appellant. 2.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions in respect of injury of the first informant.

In view of above, I pass following order:

In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. 711 of 2025 registered with Tembhurni Police Station, District Solapur, he be Iresh

19-APEAL-1015-2025 (CR).DOC enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 8th January 2026. III.
