Heard learned counsel for the appellant. He drew attention of this Court to the NC recorded by the first informant on 09.07.2025 in respect of the incident covered by the First Information Report in question. It is his submission that at the time of recording of NC no allegations were made against the appellant except for the abuses and assault with fist and kick blows. It is submitted that after about 12 days of the incident, present report came to be lodged hence possibility of false implication is not ruled out.

Having regard to the aforestated facts there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) till respondent No.2 is heard. 1/2

Issue notice to the respondents.

Learned APP waives service for the State.
