In spite of the order passed by this Court, no report is submitted with regard to the notice to respondent No.2. Hence, issue show cause notice to the Sr.PI of the concerned Police Station as to why appropriate action as permissible in law should not be initiated against him. The show cause notice is made returnable on 16th December 2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the presence of the appellant is not to be seen in the CCTV footage at the spot. It is his submission that since the investigation is in progress, the appellant has no access to the said evidence. He, however, prays for direction to the prosecution to place the same before the Court for perusal. 3.

Learned APP to produce the entire record of investigation for the perusal of this Court on the next date of hearing. 4.
