He drew attention of the Court to the FIR wherein according to him there is no allegation against the present appellant of committing any offence under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 nor any assault has been attributed against him. He drew attention of the Court to the order passed by the Trial Court granting pre-arrest bail to accused No.1 on the basis of "No Objection" recorded by the informant.

Having regard to this fact, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
