Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the alleged accident occurred on 14th October 2025, whereas the report came to be lodged on 14th November 2025. He drew attention of the Court to the document on record indicating the incident of dog-bite occurred with the sister-in-law of the appellant. It is his submission that the said dog-bite was caused by the dog belonging to the informant. It is submitted that having regard to the same, possibility of false implication is not ruled out. 3.
