Mr AS Gawai, learned APP has placed on record the transcript of the video recorded at the time of registration of the First Information Report. The said transcript is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

On the instructions of Mr Rajendrasinh Gaur, Deputy Superintendent of Police, who is present in the Court, learned APP makes a statement that this is the entire transcript of the said video. Learned counsel for the Appellant disputes the said fact. According to him, the video recording provided to the Appellant is incomplete.

Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to place on record the correct transcript.

During the course of the hearing, it is sought to be argued that the interrogation room is not covered by CCTV. However, a person can be seen coming out of the interrogation room in a CCTV footage. The prosecution is directed to place before this Court the transcript of the CCTV footage indicating the condition of the deceased while coming out of the interrogation room. 5.
