The petitioner is challenging the opinion/report of Sessions Court dated 03.11.2022 indicating that the petitioner is not entitled for remission. This opinion has been treated as order. The opinion is given by the Sessions Court to facilitate the respondents to pass order of remission in terms of above said Government Resolution.

Since, the order is not yet passed, we permit the petitioner to examine the issue and apply afresh, if necessary, once the order is passed in terms of the Government Resolution dated 03.06.2017.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.

The respondent shall take decision, if not taken, within fifteen working days from today, learned APP shall communicate the order to the respondents.
