By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, confirming the confiscation of tractor and trolley by the Forest Officers.

Learned APP waives notice for the State and seeks time to file reply.

Stand over after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay to the operation and implementation of the order passed by the Forest Officers as to the confiscation.
