By this petition, the petitioner has challenge the order of handing over the possession of the Bulls to the respondent No.2 on a Supratnama.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submitted that, if the said bulls are handed over to the respondent No.2, there is every possibility of slaughtering of the said bulls and the filing of this petition would infructuous. In view of that, the implementation and execution of the said order shall be stayed.

Perused the application as well as the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Morshi and the Additional Sessions Judge, Warud. The petitioner is Goshala to whom the entire custody of the bulls was given for their maintenance, care and custody.

Issue notice to the respondent No.2.

The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for the State and seeks time to file reply.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the apprehension which is raised, the implementation and execution of the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Warud and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Morshi, is hereby stayed till the appearance of the respondent No.2.

7.

Stand over after three weeks.
