We have perused the note placed on record by the Registrar (Judicial) on 25th April, 2025.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to recall our order dated 23rd April, 2025 as the report in compliance of the order of this Court on 2nd April, 2025 was already received.

We have perused the report forwarded by the District Legal Services Authority, Rohtas, State of Bihar so also the report of the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas submitted to the Jail Superintendent, Amravati dated 21st April, 2025.

In that view of the matter, we direct the prayer of the petitioner for grant of furlough be decided within a period of one week from today. 6.

If so desired, the Jail Authority be furnished copy of the entire documents, which are received from District Legal Services Authority, Rohtas.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
