The parties are present before the Court. After having interaction with them, I find that there is an element of settlement. Therefore, the matter is referred for mediation.

By consent, Mr. S. Y. Deopujari, Advocate is appointed as a Mediator in this case.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 28.04.2025 at 2.15 p.m. in the Mediation Center of this Court.

Learned Mediator is requested to submit the mediation report within three weeks from first appearance of the parties before him.

Stand over after ensuing summer vacation.
