The parties are called in the Chamber to mediate considering the matrimonial dispute between the parties. Both the parties agreed to settle the dispute and in an initial discussion, it was decided that both will file the petition for dissolution of marriage before the appropriate Court and the petitioner would pay the amount of Rs.12,00,000/- to the respondent towards full and final settlement. 2.

Matter be listed before this Court after four weeks.

In the meantime, parties are at liberty to withdraw their respective petition in view of the settlement.
