On earlier three occasions, before passing the order dated 17th January, 2025 it is demonstrated before the Court that the petitioner surrendered well within time.

In that view of the matter, the condition No.9 can be said to be an unreasonable. However, we make it clear that petitioner shall once in a week attend the concerned Police Station and report the compliance at the time of surrender. 3.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
