The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of marriage of the petitioner with the respondent, the respondent suppressed the fact that she was already married and her marriage was in existence. It is submitted that for the above said reason, since the marriage itself is nullity, the respondent cannot claim maintenance. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 01.04.2025.
