Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with direction to expedite the trial considering the application of the applicant under Section 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure ( Section 497 of BNS) at the stage of disposal of the trial. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the direction to the learned Corporation Court No.1 to dispose of the trial expeditiously and at the time of final disposal the application if filed by the applicant under Section 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Section 497 of BNS) as to the disposal of the property which was seized by the Investigating Officer.
