It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondent that the amount of Rs.21,60,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Sixty lakhs only) is outstanding against the petitioner towards arrears of maintenance.

To show the bona fides, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) to the respondent within four weeks from today towards arrears of maintenance.
