By order dated 16/04/2025, the petitioner was directed to deposit the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- within four weeks from the date of order towards the arrears of the maintenance. However, the petitioner has not complied with the orders, and there is no stay granted by this Court. Therefore, the respondent can proceed with the recovery proceedings, as no stay is granted to recovery of the arrears.
