None appears for the petitioner.

We have gone through the petition. It appears that the petitioner has come up with a case that he married respondent No.6. The respondent Nos.4 and 5 who are the parents of the respondent No.6 had called respondent No.6 on the pretext of illness of mother and have detained her in the house.

Learned APP submits that the statement of respondent No.6 is recorded. She has admitted that she got married to the petitioner, however, she has further stated that she is not willing to reside with him and wants to reside with her parents.

Thus, it appears that there is some dispute about theory put forth by the petitioner. Such a disputed question of fact cannot be gone into in writ jurisdiction, particularly when nobody is appearing for the petitioner to counter the aforesaid status. We are therefore, not inclined to grant relief. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as is available in law. 7.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
