The contention is that the petitioner is allegedly acted as a broker and made a promise to the purchaser that land will be sold at the higher rate, which could not be done. That apart, it is alleged that though amount of Rs.42 lakhs paid in cash towards consideration and sale-deed describes consideration of Rs.12 lakh only. It is also contended that though the transcription of conversation of mobile phone has been filed on record but, without panchanama and Section 65B certificate. The learned trial Court did not appreciate the argument on the discharge application filed by the petitioner and dismissed the same. An unsuccessful attempt was made before the learned Additional Sessions Judge by filing revision. Hence, this petition. 2.
