By an order dated 20.08.2025, this Court permitted the petitioner to add informant as party respondent and on adding informant as a party, notice be issued to the informant returnable after two weeks. It is further permitted to carry out amendment forthwith. However, learned counsel for petitioner submits that inadvertently, it could not be made as amendment is to be carried out online.

Considering the fact that amendment is to be carried out online, further one week time is granted to carry out the amendment. After carrying out amendment, issue notice to the newly added respondent returnable on 30.09.2025.
