Both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submit that,

28-Cr.WP-162-2024 the matter shall be kept on 15/12/2025 as the arguing counsel is coming from Bombay.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No.162/2024 submits that Criminal Writ Petition No. 264/2025 was also filed for release of jewellery, and therefore, the original complainant / informant, i.e., the petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No.162/2024 is necessary party.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No.264/2025 makes a statement that he will make the Jigar S/o Pareshbhai Patel as party respondent. Leave to add party respondent in the Criminal Writ Petition No.264/2025 is granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

4.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent. Mr. Gedam, waives service of notice for the newly added respondent.

List the matter on 15/12/2025.
